It can be installed over or under the headrest on vehicles with removable headrests, and some vehicles with armrests may need to have them removed and reinstalled for a semi-custom fit. I recieved one seat cover 2 weeks before the other. When I got both seat covers one of them was dark blue and the other was black. I ordered from the same link and selected 2x quantity and this still happened.

This would have finished my betty boop themed car, however it doesn’t fit cars with adjusting head rests. If you have a standard seat this would be perfect, its really cute.
